SHIPPING POLICY
At Pradeep Lodh Label, we are committed to delivering luxury fashion with the highest standards of care and precision. Each garment is handcrafted and packed with attention to detail, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to us at online@pradeeplodh.in.
2. Order Processing Time
Made-to-order garments require 7-14 business days for production before dispatch.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary for orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, a flat rate of ₹250 is charged.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or customs clearance.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.
6. Packaging
All products are packaged with utmost care in branded boxes, wrapped in tissue, and come with authentication cards (if applicable). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays due to natural disasters, political disruptions, or courier issues are beyond our control.
